Efe Baltacigil
Turkish cellist Efe Baltacigil went to Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia and Mimar Sinan University in Istanbul, in 2002 hired by Wolfgang Sawallish to the Philadelphia Orchestra as a associate principal he recently won the principal post in the Seattle Symphony Orchestra in 2011. He plays on a Francesco Rugieri cello on loan from his Turkish Sponsor. His hobbies includes calligraphy, drawing, sailing and volleypong.
