Ayano Ninomiya

Ayano Ninomiya, violin

Violinist Ayano Ninomiya is the first violinist of the Ying Quartet and Associate professor of Violin and of Chamber Music at the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester. She has spent several seasons at the Marlboro, Ravinia, Caramoor, Bridgehampton, Olympic, and Moab festivals. As the recipient of the Beebe Fellowship, Ms.Ninomiya lived in Budapest, Hungary for nearly two years at the Liszt Academy of Music. In 2007 she created several lecture-recital programs for Elderhostel. Ayano has degrees from Harvard College and the Juilliard school.
